Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item for a refund provided it is sent back to BLAKCHAOS within 14 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com for the return address. Refunds will be processed within five days of BLAKCHAOS receiving your return and a confirmation of this will be emailed to you.
If there is a delay in your return please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange the best solution for you.
Items must be returned in the same and unused condition as when they were sent to you and in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Any returns that are damaged may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
We recommend you ship your return with a trackable and insured method in the event that your package is lost. Please keep a record of your tracking number.
*Earrings cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene reasons
ONLINE FACTORY SALE ITEMS
Online factory sale purchases are final. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you find you would like to exchange your size, style or colour please email email@example.com for the return address. Exchanges must be returned back to BLAKCHAOS within 14 days.

We will cover the shipping costs of your replacement; we do however ask you to pay for the return shipping costs of your exchangeable items and returns.
